Who are you Miss Laura Baillie?
I create my jewellery from my cozy home studio in Glasgow, UK.
My jewelry combines vintage pearls with semiprecious gemstones and beads to create an romantic mix of delicate glamour and shabby chic designs. There are understated earrings, bold charm necklaces, charm bracelets, brooches and even delicate sets.
I graduated from Glasgow School of Art in 2002 with a Ba Hons in Design and set up my business Laura Baillie Designs a few months later. Since then I have widened my ranges to include fashion accessories and cards. It is my love of found treasures and eye for all things sparkly that has lead me to create this new range of designs.
With time so precious you can now shop from your sofa; a token of love for your other half, a gift for a friend or simply treat yourself to a little bit of loveliness!

What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
Can I pay any other way than Paypal?
Now you no longer need a account to pay for goodies through Paypal!
I also accept cheques and postal orders. Please place your order throught the Contact page. I will then get in touch with you giving you all the information you need! Or drop me an email [email protected]
If you decide to pay by GBP cheque or Paypal e-cheque I will only ship your jewels out AFTER your payment has cleared. This can take up to 12 days so please place your order ahead of time if you need a special treat in a hurry.
How will I get my jewellery?
All my jewels are beautifully packaged in black gift boxes and wrapped in decorative printed paper and ribbon. They will arrive with you ready to give as a gift or as a luxe treat for yourself!
How do you ship/ deliver?
All UK orders are sent by First Class Royal Mail delivery. If you would like to upgrade to Special Delivey please add the UK DELIVERY UPGRADE to your shopping cart before checking out. Orders sent by Special Delivery will need a signature on reciept.
Orders travelling anywhere outside the UK are sent by standard Airmail. They do NOT have a tracking number. If you would prefer your order to be tracked please add the EVERYWHERE ELSE UPGRADE to your cart before you check out. This means your order will be sent AirSure or International Signed For air mail. International Signed For will require a signature on reciept.
What is your return policy?
I hope that you love your Laura Baillie Designs delights, but if you are disatisfied, I am happy to offer a full refund (excluding postage and packing fees) provided the item is returned within 14 days of the date of dispatch and is in it’s original, unworn condition. This does not apply to items which have been altered, specially commissioned or earrings due to hygiene reasons.
Please note that the return postage is at your (the customer’s) expense.
Please email me at [email protected] straight away to arrange for a refund of your order and to obtain a returns code. All goods must be returned to me within 14 days of date of dispatch. We recommend using a Signed For service, I can not be held accountable if your item is lost in the post on it’s way back to me.
Refunds will be processed back via the original method of payment; we can not refund to a different card or account other than that which was used to fund the original transaction.
Do you do do wholesale?
